Belgian Abbey Yeast (Wyeast 1214)

Instructions

  1. Mash (Protein Rest) at 125F for 30 min
  2. Mash at 145F for 30 min
  3. Mash at 155F for 20 min
  4. Mash Out at 175F
  5. Boil for 60 min, adding hops according to the schedule on the ingredients list
  6. Add the syrup
  7. Cool
  8. Pitch the yeast
