1.0 oz0.60 ozCitra Cryo5 minutes
1.5 oz0.90 ozMosaic Cryo5 minutes
1.0 oz0.60 ozCitra Cryodry hop
1.0 oz0.60 ozMosaic Cryodry hop
West Coast IPA Yeast

Instructions

  1. Mash at 148F for 75 min
  2. Boil for 60 min, adding hops according to the schedule on the ingredients list
  3. Cool
  4. Pitch the yeast
  5. Dry hop after initial fermentation has subsided
