Citrus Freeze (Cryo-hopped IPA)

Ingredients

82.9%	8.50 lbs	5.10 lbs	2-Row Pale Malt
9.8%	1.00 lbs	0.60 lbs	Munich 10L
7.3%	0.75 lbs	0.45 lbs	Caramel 60L
	1.0 oz	0.60 oz	Random Cryo Hops	15 minutes
	1.0 oz	0.60 oz	Citra Cryo	5 minutes
	1.5 oz	0.90 oz	Mosaic Cryo	5 minutes
	1.0 oz	0.60 oz	Citra Cryo	dry hop
	1.0 oz	0.60 oz	Mosaic Cryo	dry hop
			West Coast IPA Yeast

Instructions

1. Mash at 148F for 75 min
2. Boil for 60 min, adding hops according to the schedule on the ingredients list
3. Cool
4. Pitch the yeast
5. Dry hop after initial fermentation has subsided
